Move Music From an iPod to a New PC

You can use your Apple ipod for the two songs/video clip playback and storage. You can link an ipod to a new Computer and transfer its music to the computer. Be aware that it is illegal to distribute music whose copyright you do not personal. Transfer music from an ipod to a new computer only to substitute the library from your earlier computer.

    ipod USB cable

    Hook up the ipod to the computer making use of the USB cable.

    Open "My Computer" on the desktop and double-click on on the ipod icon to open it in a window.

    Click on "Resources" > "Alternatives" from the menu bar in the ipod window. Click on on the "see" tab and verify the box following to "Present Concealed Files and Folders".

    Open the "ipod Handle" folder in the ipod window, and then open the "Music" folder. Develop a new folder on the desktop and drag and drop all the contents of the music folder into the new folder.
