Transfer Music Bought on an iPod to iTunes

The ipod is a transportable media player that delivers every little thing from an MP3 player to a video clip player and a touch display screen interface with the ipod Touch. Typically, you sync media files from the iTunes to the ipod, but you can also transfer music you purchased on your ipod to Apple's iTunes software by setting your system to "disk mode."

Attach the ipod to the computer by inserting one particular stop of its USB cable into 1 of the computer's USB ports and the other finish into the ipod's USB port. Wait around for the iTunes software to open on your computer.

Click on the ipod icon beneath "Units" in the iTunes window.

Click on "Summary."

Spot a verify in the boxes following to "Permit Disk Use" and "Manually Deal with Music and Video clips."

Navigate to the "My Music" folder on your computer. Usually, the route is "C:\Documents and Settings\[person identify]\My Documents\My Music." Click on and drag this folder to the desktop.

Click on "Start off" and "Computer." Double-Click on the ipod icon.

Find the "iTunes" folder inside of the ipod icon. Click on and drag it into the "My Music" folder.
